Voices of reason The creation of the Sheffield paranoia self-help and support group, the first service of its kind in Britain, was audacious – not least because it is run not by clinicians, but by Molloy and former psychiatric patient Peter Bullimore, the unpaid chairman of voluntary mental health group, Sheffield Hearing Voices.
